Update!!
Since we didn't get any complete submissions, we the judges are extending the due date for auditions to Falling Dimensions to sometime between now and the rest of forever. We will come up with more specifics and notify you when we can. Happy October 11th everyone.

Because we, the judges, don't stalk all of you who watch us, we would appreciate it if you send a note here with a link to the entry (or at least the first page if they're linked to each other), so that we know that you've sent in your entry. We'd like to get at least sixty-four entries so we can have a substantial number of rounds.

The gods Mahima and Ameya created the Gods' Realm in which they and the righteous will live, Earth for the mortal souls, and the Underworld, for those who die and do not deserve to live with their creators. They worked together peacefully; it was flawless, their creation.

Until it came time to decide who would govern which area.

Neither diety wanted to leave the paradise of the Gods' Realm. Neither wanted to be stuck in the Underworld for all eternity.

They argued relentlessly, unbeknownst to the people down below on Earth, who thought that the gods were releasing their wrath upon them.

Mahima and Ameya were fed up with each other. Mahima finally proposed an idea; a fair idea, in which he and Ameya would gamble in order to finalize who would have to leave the Gods' Realm and rule the Underworld.

They would bring in warriors from other dimensions and worlds, and make them battle each other. While the gods would bet on which warrior would win each battle, the winner of this tournament could also have his or her own wish granted. It really wasn't fair for the person doing all the work to not be rewarded, right?

Calling upon only the greatest, Mahima and Ameya started picking their champions... but the souls weren't told who had chosen who...

Let the games begin.

Note

Creativity is key! We would prefer if you not enter a fancharacter (hint, ORIGINAL character tournament), but if it's very creative they would have a shot.

Storytelling is essential. Art isn't everything- but it does help.

Teams of two are allowed (i.e, someone writes the story, someone does the art).

Minimum of three page audition. And they must be inked, color/greyscale, or very clear pencil lines. Make it presentable and pretty. Flashes are also accepted. No written entries.

One main character per person (i.e, two separate contestants). Your character may have a sidekick, and they must be summoned together.
